We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in a quiet area close to the night market and famous turkey rice restaurant. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a fantastic pool and cozy rooms with great city views. We appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff, who even gave us a gift when we couldn't use the pool as much as we wanted. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore everything this city has to offer.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at this hotel.

The hotel is modern and up to date, with beautiful architecture. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of foods. There is also a nice pool, though it's not very deep.
Although the hotel is in a quiet location, it's a bit of a walk to get to the city center and there isn't much to do in the immediate neighborhood. the hotel bar was always closed.

The guestrooms at South Urban Hotel are fantastic! They have a laptop-friendly workspace, which was perfect for me as a guest with disabilities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather. Plus, the free WiFi was super handy.
Personally, I found the separate bathtubs and showers a little inconvenient. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel was conveniently located near the night market and many central attractions. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the room itself was clean and cozy.
The hotel lacked adequate room service, and the staff could be unhelpful at times. The bed was uncomfortable due to the two single beds pushed together and the gap in the middle.
